Dr. David Shearer
Dr. David Shearer is certified in Dermatology by the American Board of Dermatology. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and member and past president of the Cincinnati Dermatologic Society. He is also a member of the Northern Kentucky Medical Association, as well as the Kentucky Medical Association, and the Kentucky Dermatologic Society. He did his undergraduate studies at the University of Kentucky and his graduate studies at the University of Kentucky's College of Medicine. He did his internship at the University of Cincinnati and residency at Health Universities of Georgia. Dr. Shearer is a volunteer physician at the Cincinnati VA Hospital.
Dermatology Nurse Practitioner - Lindsay House
A native to the Northern Kentucky area, Lindsay was born in Lakeside Park and grew up in Ft. Mitchell, Kentucky. She graduated in 2001 with a Nursing degree and went on to work at St. Luke Hospital in the Intensive Care Unit for seven years. She spent three years a didactics instructor for Brown Mackie College while pursuing her Master's degree at Northern Kentucky University. She graduated as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2010. In 2013, Lindsay was certified as a Dermatology Nurse Practitioner. She was trained in dermatology at the Dermatology Center under Drs. David and Clay Shearer. She resides in Union, Kentucky with her husband where she spends her time raising their four children.
Dr. Clay Shearer
Dr. Clay Shearer is certified in dermatology by the American Board of Dermatology. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and a member of the Cincinnati Dermatologic Society, Kentucky Dermatologic Society, Northern Kentucky Medical Society, and the Kentucky Medical Association. He is on the medical staff at St. Elizabeth Hospital and is a volunteer physician at the Cincinnati VA hospital. He has been voted by his peers as a Cincinnati Magazine top doctor for 2009 through 2015. He graduated from Transylvania University with a bachelor's degree in Biology and then completed his medical degree at the University of Louisville and then completed his residency in dermatology at the University of Texas/MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas.
